Shortened URL spams on the rise?

From what we’ve been receiving in our mailboxes, it looks like shortened URL spammers are active again. This includes messages from email accounts which had been reported as hacked. Yes. With just a quick look at the email message, one knows that this is rubbish. Obviously done by an amateur. But, hey, didn’t you wish this were true?
